We have two 24 station manual barrel lines providing Chloride Zinc plating on smaller parts that can be tumbled. Both clear and yellow ROHS trivalent chromates are available and both lines are also capable of cleaning and plating or just applying chromate to zinc castings.

We have a 15 station manual rack line capable of handling larger parts. Tank dimensions are 24w x120L x 48D. It provides Alkaline Zinc plating with clear, UV stable yellow and black, trivalent chromate finishes, all being ROHS compliant.

We have a 7 station manual Zinc Phosphate line that is capable of barrel plating or basket plating the customer’s parts. Typically zinc phosphate is a light grey coating, but we can provide a black phosphate coating if specified.
